ADN Entrance Exam

A&P Assessment - Associate Degree of Nursing

The ATI A&P Assessment is a requirement for entry into the Associate Degree Nursing program at Manhattan Tech.  These scores are one piece of information used to rank applicants for admission.  The highest score will be used when ranking applicants.

Who Takes the Assessment?

Students that are seeking entrance into Manhattan Tech’s Associate Degree of Nursing program are required to take the ATI A&P Assessment.  For more information about the Degree Nursing program, and for application information, please visit the program site HERE.

Steps To Register and Pay

  • Registration and payment are completed online only.
  • The cost to register and test is $35.
  • When registering, make sure to choose "ADN Entrance Exam"

COMPLETE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT HERE

  • After registering, go to atitesting.com and create a sign-in account.
  • You will create your own ATI username and password.
  • Bring this username and password information with you to your test session.
  • Be sure to choose Manhattan Area Tech College ADN as your institution.

Important Information

  • You are limited to two (2) attempts in an academic year.
  • The test must be taken within three (3) years of applying to the program. 
  • An online practice test can be purchased here.
  • Additional resources may be available.
  • Contact the Teaching & Learning Center for help.

On Testing Day

  • Bring a valid photo ID and payment receipt.
  • Photo ID must be government issued and not expired.
  • All ADN Entrance Exams take place in the Achievement Center located inside the Teaching & Learning Center.
  • Testing begins promptly at the indicated time.  Check-in begins 20 minutes prior.
  • If you are not checked in by the start time, and once the testing room door is closed, you will forfeit your registration.
  • Manhattan Tech does not issue refunds for forfeited registrations. 

All testing materials will be provided to you.  Hats, sunglasses, cell phones, personal calculators, smart watches, tablets, and personal laptops are prohibited while testing.  Other items may be prohibited at the discretion of the proctor.

Reschedule or Cancelation

ADN Entrance Exams cannot be rescheduled or canceled.  Our testing schedules are carefully planned to ensure efficiency and fairness for all participants.
